#4: All Canadian Health agencies shall become ONLY ADVISORY SERVICES (almost like weather forecasters) with NO right to dictate any mandates, rules or regulations. ( they cannot,force medicate/mask,close businesses,contact trace,detain arrest, discriminate,etc They can only advise, recommend and let Canadians decide what to do with their personal health) (however in the event of a TRUE medical emergency confirmed by non-government independent non corrupt medical pros, life saving measures can be enforced by Gov but only after a majority vote by the entire parliament, and medical detainment must be only after obtaining a signed judges order and allowing medical detention center visitations by authorized patients advocates. ( Forced medical detention must be micromanaged to ensure safety,proper medication,diet,temperature and child safety, medical detainees MUST be treated as HEALTHY until PROVEN SICK )
