All across the world, cases and deaths increased in 2021 versus 2020 and these happened increasingly right after mass vaccinations began. Data now suggest otherwise and this was never the case, data also suggests most deaths were not directly resulting due to COVID but rather is now recognized people died due to other medical reasons but were attributed to COVID. Additionally many people could be treated but treatment was denied and instead a different disastrous regiment of medical program people were put upon which increased additional deaths.
All this creating a situation of significant fear needed to seize control and introduce vaccine passports which in reality has nothing to do with medical care.
